Become a lethal shooter from any point on the floor. You'll learn how to shoot the ball from distance, increase shooting percentage, develop perimeter shooting footwork, refine shooting mechanics, and build confidence to shoot the ball under pressure.

HSH Intensive Basketball Camps are designed to up-skill & empower players and coaches. Our Shooting Camps include game-changing on-court clinics, off-court workshops, competition games, shooting tests, and take-home programs. You will learn from professional coaches how to execute under pressure and win more games. You will leave with improved skills, increased confidence and a greater competitive edge to stand out this season.

All players can REGISTER as a SOLO PLAYER.

At the Winter Shooting Camp, players will learn:

Shooting off the dribble
How to increase shooting percentage from the field
Shooting footwork to create your own shot against bigger defenders
Imrpove vision to make better decisions on when to shoot & when to pass
Enhance your 3-point shot and shoot from distance
How to increase shooting percentage from the Free Throw line
How to get consistent shooting mechanics
How to apply scoring principles to Trials and the Reps season

Camp Packages

Camp Details

ENROLMENT

This camp is open to male and female players entering Year 7 - Year 12.

2-Day Shooting Camps are limited to 40 players at most to maximise each player's learning experience.

Our camps will fill up because schools and basketball clubs will nominate players, so don't wait to sign up. Click the "Register Now" button to register your interest by filling out the online registration form. Players can book as solo players or as a group of 3-4 players.

CAMP SCHEDULE

Each day of camp includes on-court clinics and off-court workshops, as well as fitness testing by Ethos Performance.

All booked players will receive a "Welcome Email" that includes the daily camp schedule and what to bring.

CAMP STAFF

Heart & Soul Hoops offers professional coaching at all camps. We aim to mentor all players who attend Intensive Camps and to provide the best possible training & playing experience for our athletes.

Our team of coaches will be there to inspire and support players in every session. Our camp staff have played basketball at the professional, collegiate and Representative level.

OBSERVING COACHES

Join our camp as an observing coach. It's a wonderful opportunity to transform your coaching for the season.

By shadowing the camp, you'll get the best drills, and coaching techniques and equip yourself with every aspect of coaching. Parents, volunteers, and youth coaches will benefit. So whether you're coaching at a Club/Reps level or if you have no experience you will benefit.

All Partner Schools & Clubs can send their coaches for FREE.

TRANSPORTATION

We are providing a transportation service for Hills District players & observing coaches.
