Our BRAND NEW Spring Combine Prep Intensive Camp is an invitational basketball camp for primary players and coaches. Our key focus is gameplay execution as a player within a team framework. Across three intensive days, players will go beyond individual skill development, spacing, team strategy, decision-making in game situations, while learning directly from elite-level coaches. With the upcoming Representative (Rep) and school seasons just around the corner, this is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your skills, elevate your basketball understanding, build confidence and prepare yourself to make an impact when the season tips off. Spots are limited — this is your chance to train, learn and compete like the player you want to become.

Players can REGISTER as a SOLO PLAYER.

At the Combine Prep Intensive, players will learn:

  • Core fundamentals and skills: passing, defence, rebounding, shooting, ball-handling
  • Improve vision to make better decision on when to shoot & when to pass
  • Execution of structured offensive principles for all scoring situations (1v1 - 5v5)
  • How to finish over bigger opponents
  • Technigues to score through contact
  • How to be a good teammate & be coachable
  • How to run pick and roll offence and motion offence
  • How to implement spacing and off-ball movement to create scoring opportunities for yourself and for your team
  • How to score with teammates against man defence and handle on-ball pressure.

Camp Details

ENROLMENT

This camp is open to male and female primary players entering Year 4 - Year 6.

HSH Combine Intensive Camps are limited to 25 players at most to maximise each player's learning experience.

Our camps will fill up because schools and basketball clubs will nominate players, so don't wait to sign up. Click the "Register Now" button to register your interest by filling out the online registration form. Players can book as solo players.

CAMP SCHEDULE

Each day of camp includes on-court clinics and team-building activities, as well as fun fitness challenges. 

All booked players will receive a "Welcome Email" that includes the daily camp schedule and what to bring.

CAMP STAFF

Heart & Soul Hoops offers professional coaching at all camps. We aim to mentor all players who attend Intensive Camps and to provide the best possible training & playing experience for our athletes. 

Our team of coaches will be there to inspire and support players in every session. Our camp staff have played basketball at the professional,   collegiate and Representative level.

OBSERVING COACHES

Join our camp as an observing coach. It's a wonderful opportunity to transform your coaching for the season.

By shadowing the camp, you'll get the best drills, and coaching techniques and equip yourself with every aspect of coaching. Parents, volunteers, and youth coaches will benefit. So whether you're coaching at a Club/Reps level or if you have no experience you will benefit.

All Partner Schools & Clubs can send their coaches for FREE.

TRANSPORTATION

We are providing a transportation service for Hills District players & observing coaches. 

Please confirm your interest in transportation on the registration form so that we can confirm your spot on the shuttle bus.
