PRIVATE MENTORSHIP

HSH+ Mentorship Program (5 March - 27 June), offers players 1-on-1 coaching & semi-private (2-6 players) sessions. Players can work closely with Heart & Soul Hoops coaches to develop skill, learn good habits & build confidence.

The Girls Club 

The Girls Club is a year-round premium development program for girls. The Girls Club is designed to engage & empower girls through sport with professional coaching & a higher level training experience.

A BRAND NEW basketball training app with drills & online programs for players, coaches and teams. 

MASTER CLASS

Master Class is our most popular OFF-COURT program. This program is online, and gives each player the edge to execute in games and under pressure! Coach Alex will host interactive, weekly webinars for all Master Class players. The Master Class program mentors and empowers players through goal setting, analysis and constructive feedback.

COACHING CLINICS

Transform your coaching this season! Heart & Soul Hoops is running monthly coaching clinics. Coaching Clinics are designed to help coaches with years of experience to parent-volunteers who have zero coaching experience. So no matter where you are in your coaching journey, we are here to help!

INVITATIONAL CAMPS

The Heart & Soul Hoops Intensive Basketball Camp is an INVITATION-ONLY camp designed to up-skill & empower players and coaches of all levels. Intensive Camps includes game-changing on-court clinics, off-court mindset & team-building workshops, competition games, fitness testing, take home programs, and a coaches certification course. We are now offering PRIMARY camps & SECONDARY camps.

Team Basketball Subscription (BRAND NEW)

HSH Basketball Team Subscription is a weekly group subscription that subsidises professional training & playing fees for local basketball clubs in the community. Our mission is to provide more professional training & playing opportunities for teams of all levels.
