Our focus is to empower our clients. We train players to understand their role and how to be effective in game situations. When players understand their personal goals, we tailor our program as they strive for excellence. All trainings are run on indoor courts.   We have 3 venues available: Hills Hornets Dural, Redfield College, Bernie Mullane Sports Complex

Semi-Privates is a small group training designed for 2-6 players. Players can work closely with Heart & Soul Hoops our coaches to develop skills & players benefit from competing against others in game situations. This Semi-Private package includes 8 x 60 min sessions.
