Who is Coach Alex Jalloh

Hi!
My name is coach Alex and I’m your Strength And Conditioning Coach throughout this season. Congratulations on making the team this season and best of luck for the season. A bit about me. I was born in Sierra Leone, West Africa (some may not know where that is) I came to Australia in 2003 with my twin brother and Aunty, I was 8 years old. I went to ‘Belmore North Public School’ for my junior years of school. This was where I fell in love with sport and I knew I was going to either become a PDHPE School Teacher or a Professional Sport Player. In 2005 Sydney Swans AFL Club held a tournament for schools across NSW to play against each other and my school was lucky enough to win that tournament. Sydney Swans gave my brother and I a full scholarship to play in the ‘Swans Academy’ for the rest of the junior school and they also gave us a full scholarship for our senior years of school. Went to ‘Saint Ignatius College’ Riverview. We were boarders at the school. I've played many sports and have been lucky to make high levels and travel Australia because of it. Below are all the sports I’ve played.

How Does it Work?

NextGen Programs are age-appropriate monthly workout plans that include cutting edge exercises for your basketball conditioning. NextGen Plans are designed to help you build confidence & accelerate your development for the 2022 season; all designed around your personal goals, abilities, schedule and access to fitness facilities. Players will can check in to daily workout & their progress in the Heart & Soul Hoops Training App.

How Do I Sign Up?

Register for a FREE 30-min Fitness Assessment. Our next in-person assessments are running this Friday (20 May) at The King's School from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm.
